Membership and active member - £5.00 minimum Support the re-homing of Welfare/rescued pugs (Visit and monitor/aid new owners) Provide 'Bed and Breakfast' to a rescued/Welfare pug Provide 'Taxi service' for a rescued/Welfare pug Take a rescued/Welfare Pug to a Vet Vet a home offered to a Welfare/Rescued pug Nurse or provide temporary care for a Welfare/rescued pug Rescue a pug under the guidance of Welfare on behalf of the Association Mentor a rescued/rehomed pug's new owner (telephone support) Step 4 I confirm that the above information is true, and that the details entered are a true account to the best of my knowledge I Agree to the conditions of acceptance and am bound by the decision of the club regarding my submission You must 'tick' this box for your application to be considered.
